Incorporating proven coaching models and psychometric measurements into her work, Linda has collaborated extensively with individuals to explore and answer the question, “How can I leverage my skills, talent, and emotional intelligence to support effective leadership?” She has worked with hundreds of individuals, including C-suite leaders, to influence the expression of their leadership intelligence organizationally, supporting them to convert key objectives into success stories.
In addition, Linda’s work has included participation in the establishment of a new operation for a national career management firm as well as active involvement as lead coach in major organizational downsizing, restructuring, and developmental initiatives for a diverse range of industries. These include healthcare, packaged goods, transportation, technology, finance, insurance, food services, and manufacturing.
Currently, she is engaged in a global knowledge transfer initiative, a proprietary process that captures and records intellectual property from key employees in order to minimize organizational risk.
Linda has also held two advisory positions on the board of Career Professionals of Canada: Certification Committee Chair and Learning and Development Committee Chair. In this capacity, she was awarded for leading the development of three nationally recognized certification programs.
Linda is a writer of both fiction and non-fiction. In 2012, she published, “Leveraging Your New Job,” available through Get To The Point Books. She has been featured in various media including the Globe and Mail and the National Post.
